this few days at house watch movie...
watch till non stop...
continnue watch many hours++...
& my eyes now vry tired...
tdy at tuttion,
i copy thing from the whiteboard...
i try my best to see the word...
but some word i cant see clearly...
i think my short-sightedness increase again dy...
agrh!!!i dun wan my eyes increase dy!!!
bcause it was very深already...
or not me wan become blind dy@.@

tell me how can i do??please
i know need:
- less watch television
-less play computer
& so on...
but this kind of thing i cant do it....
bcause i need do it...
or not me will die...lolx...
